PRICING / PAYMENTS

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). 
PIPILICIOUS online store accepts Paypal* and Bank Direct Debit.
Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.

Please note that PIPILICIOUS may delete, add or amend any information or product on the online store with out notice.

ORDERING

Orders will be processed within 5 business days of their receipt
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday (local time) will be processed the following Monday.
All prices and shipping costs are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping within Australia
• Orders are shipped via Australia Express Post or Regular Post.
• Postage cost of $10 for Express Post & $6 for Regular Post within Australia.
• In most cases orders will be received within 1-3 business days of shipping.

International Shipping
• Orders are shipped via Australia International Registered Post
• Generally orders will be received within 3 - 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
• You will be notified of the corresponding tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All International sales are final (exception faulty goods).

No refunds (exception faulty goods).

Australian customers are entitled to an exchange within 7 days from receiving your package.

The item/items must be returned unused. Original invoice, all tags and original packaging must be included.

Prior to a return you must contact PIPILICIOUS by email pipilicious@hotmail.com to obtain a return authorisation number & state the reason for the return. Orders returned to PIPILICIOUS without an authorisation number will not be reconised and will be marked return to sender.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

When returning an item it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage (either by receipt, tracking or airway bill number). PIPILICIOUS does not accept responsibility for ‘lost’ returned orders.

If you wish to make an exchange to another product/size please notify us immediately - it will be placed on hold for you. If the item is more than the original you will be charged the difference by Paypal or Bank Deposite. If the item is cheaper than the original you will be issued with a credit note for the difference valid for 12 months.

If, at the time of exchange a suitable item cannot be found a credit note will issued, valid for 12 months.


FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at pipilicious@hotmail.com to obtain a return authorisation number.
All faulty / damaged returns must adhere to the same criteria as listed above, in returns & exchanges.

Only in the event of a faulty item is the return postage paid for by PIPILICIOUS.

PIPILICIOUS holds the right to request a photographic image be emailed through to asses faults prior to a return authorisation being given.

Please Note: If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

* 4.5% of Paypal service charge will be added on top of the total bill
